COMLEX exam day schedule

I see that the day is divided into 2 4hr sessions with a lunch.

How long is the lunch?
And I suppose the 2 sessions are divided into 4 sections each since I have the option of taking breaks.
How long are the breaks?

what's your advice of taking breaks?
