COMLEX for HPM Fellowship?

Does anyone know if only submitting COMLEX scores is acceptable for ACGME HPM fellowship programs? I am a DO but I am currently in an ACGME residency program, hoping to match anywhere in HPM.

From my little research in programs. Some of them mentioned that they accept COMLEX exams. I'm not sure if every program does. As a matter of fact, I don't think it matters as long as you get your medical license in the state of your Fellowship program along with the DEA license.

Comlex is fine. I took only comlex and got plenty of interviews.
