Here's my Comlex study plan. I have mapped out my time between now and my boards. I have cut out days in which I cannot realistically board study due to midterms/finals/etc...with my remaining time (test date is on June 7), I will be doing the following:

Phase 1:

-Pathoma for all organ systems, simultaneously reading First Aide
-Kaplan Qbank for each organ system as i go through them
-1 full time week of hitting micro and pharm hard (my weak subjects)
-sprinkling in some biochem here and there

Phase 2:

-diagnostic test right before DIT starts

Phase 3:

-The whole DIT program starting about 40 days out from my test.
-4 days of OPP in the days right before my test

What is the verdict on this plan? thanks in advance.

Everyone has different ways of studying for exams... So study plans should be personalized and no one knows you better than yourself.

However, I can tell you that if it was me, I would be burnt out before May if I followed your plan. I also know some of my colleagues who had plans similar to yours and some of them experienced severe burnouts halfway through, while others had no problem following through with it.

IMHO, dedicating 1 month of 10hrs/day min. to reading and rereading and rereading the First Aid book plus 1500+ questions right before the exam is a better plan (but that's me and your study style may differ).

Also, if you put in 2 days for OMM that's more than plenty (assuming you have a decent OMM department at your school).
