I don't think they have to tell you...I had zero on my level 1.

I took it on 6/24/13. Of course, everyone is going to get something different but there was one audio clip and 3-4 video clips with audio that showed physical exam findings related to the question. In every case, I didn't actually need the audio/video and could have answered the question directly from the stem.

3-4 is correct and you really don't need them.
