I didn't find their videos particularly helpful. The Zanki OMM (not complete) and searching for Quizlets was suffice for level 1

Omgomt was pretty terrible. The only good part was his disdain for omm but otherwise the material was not all inclusive for comlex. Savarese and (vomiting while saying this) combank omm was better

Omgomt sacral was good tho
