I have noticed that there are a few Comlex Part 1 Q-books on ebay. I was wondering if anyone had used this book in the past and found it worthwhile. I'm getting ready for boards and it seems like it would be a great book with over 950 questions.

I actually got one now and I think the Q-book is absolutely amazing. It explains why a specific answer is right and why the wrong answer is wrong. It is a great way to study and makes things a little bit more interesting. I would highly recommend it to anyone getting ready for the Boards in June.

I used it for Comlex I and found it absolutely amazing. The questions are worth the effort!!!!

I have been using the COMLEX Qbook in prep for level 1. It is an amazing book and I love how the detailed answers to right and wrong questions allows me to learn more than what was presented in the case question. I have also found that the COMLEX qbook questions are identical to the USMLE qbook questions. The only difference is there is an extra 100 OMT questions. The reason I bring this up is that it allows prep for both the COMLEX and the USMLE at the same time. No need to get a separate qbook for the USMLE. Also the Underground Clinical Vingettes I heard are an excellent resource. Have you (anyone) tried those yet?

Thanks for the posts bonesetter and doublearmthrust. It sounds like you guys are right on.

Does anyone know if the Qbook questions overlapp with the Q-BANK questions?

I have only been thru about 20% of the qbank questions and have not found any overlap yet? Anyone else find the same?
