Comlex scoring question

Does anyone know the Comlex is scored. Many people at my school had very difficult testing experiences. My question is are we all scored against each other or against the test.

Everyone is scored against each other. 500 is set as the average, and I believe the standard deviation is 79.

Bob I dont think thats correct, on the NBOME website it says test takers are not graded against each other. We are graded against the test, my question is what is the percentile to pass.

The way I understand it is that you only have to pass the OMM questions with a 70% to get a 600 on this thing. They don't even care if you know what the relationship is between alcoholics and Klebsiella is... because a little myofacial release and a lymphatic pump will cure you. Oh, and you are neither scored against others nor the test: you are scored against AT Still's knowledge base... or Sayo's. Same thing I guess.
