I'll keep it simple and tell you my score, and if anyone can give me a reasonable estimation of my percentile I would really appreciate it! My best guess would be ~85-89 percentile, based on a SD of 79 for the test, any thoughts?

chill my friend; only usmle is equivalent to the usmle. You even have the chance of failing the usmle (<185) with your comlex score!
If you like a >240 on the usmle, then go ahead and take it, like those DO students that have actually taken it, and achieved that score.

No. You can't compare, but even if you did, your three-digit USMLE score would be below 220 if you're comparing a two digit COMLEX score to the same two-digit USMLE.
