Im a DO who only took Comlex and is applying to MD Residencies.

When I read the ERAS instructions it said that if you apply to MD residencies you must have a USMLE ID and release the USMLE transcript.

Will the MD psych residencies still see my application and process even though I dont have a USMLE ID because I never took the USMLE?

On my documents tab in ERAS it says " You cannot request a USMLE transcript until you have entered a USMLE ID in Profile"

Should I just leave it as it is?

I already released my comlex transcript to everywhere I applied.

You're fine. If you took USMLE, you must report it. If you didn't, then that's that. Some programs may decline to consider you for lack of a USMLE score. Many will not care.

I am in the same boat and applied to a bunch of programs today, some that did not openly state on the website that they don't take comlex. Those programs downloaded my comlex transcript at xxxx time and then downloaded the rest of my application 3mins to 1 hr later. Does that mean that they do accept it? I thought, hey...I'm only going to apply here once.

This has been discussed in other threads... When the PD/PCs log into ERAS, they have to download everything that has been sent to their program--they cannot pick and choose. For some reason, the board score transcripts are getting downloaded first over everything else, but this does not mean that they are looking at your transcript and then deciding to look at the rest of the application.
