Committee letter to ucla

I just got an email from ucla saying that they required three rec letters. But I sent a committee letter through aadsas and have known that it counts toward three rec letters. It went through other schools well.
Ucla has different requirement? I searched their web but nothing I could come up.
They said they had one comittee letter and one individual letter.
But the individual letter is what I submitted to prehealth office who wrote me the committee letter.
Anyone?

Did you send letters from your proffesoors and dentist to your health professional... office in your school?
for example I had 3 letters from Professors 1 from dentist and 1 from my employer.

Yes I gave them 10 letters from professors 1 from dentist
