Committee looks at file before it is complete?

Does it make a difference to submit your AADSAS early and have it verified and sent to the schools even though your DAT scores and recommendations will not be ready by the time they get the AADSAS app? In other words, will the committee begin to look at and review your file before it is complete?

I'm pretty sure they need your DAT before they will even look at your file. Most schools say that they won't look at it until everything is in but I got my NOVA interview before they even got my LORs
