Committee LOR and timing

I'm taking my DAT this week so for schools I'll have everything set except the Committee LOR and supplementals (which the supp won't take long) but the problem is... there's so many "pre_____" at my school and 1 guy is in charge for writing all these committee letters. This letter won't be written until another month or so even though I have all 5 of my LOR (from professors, employer, dentist) are turned into their office.

Will I be too late to get any pre-Dec interviews?

All of our individual LOR are compiled into the committee letter as a 'review' along with an autobio. I'm wondering if it'll be okay to wait another month or so for this to be done or if I should contact schools and see if I can get letters sent in individually (w/o have the committee letter) ?

i would try to see if you can get the letters sent in individually for the sake of saving a whole lot of time
