I have a question about how dental schools look at CCs. I did a concurrent enrollment type program while in High School where I took CC classes instead of my normal high school classes so that I graduated with a HS diploma and an AA at the same time. I then went on to a big time university and finished my bachelors and took all of my prereq classes.
I fear that schools look at my coursework and it looks like I went to a CC because I couldn't get in to a four year university out of HS. I wonder if this is a negative on my application when I think it should be looked at a positive considering I was 17 taking college classes. I was able to explain that on many of my applications but I fear that could have been overlooked. Does anyone have any info on this?
