I know a lot of top tier schools are very research focused but what MD schools are more geared towards community health?
I know the HBCUs, Georgetown and George Washington do a good job at this. I was just curious as to who else.

UMass has a track dedicated to community health, called PURCH.

Tufts literally invented the community health center. We have an MD/MPH dual degree, but community health is integrated into our curriculum.

It's usually more known as a research school, but due to it's unique location and patient population in the Bronx, Einstein is also big on meaningful community involvement.
