I am currently being considered for a community health worker role. I would be helping patients access community resources, coordinating referrals within the clinic and scheduling appointments, tracking patient attendance and engagement with clinic services, and maintaining the department's schedule in the EHS. This seems mostly administrative to me, but I am wondering if it could be counted as clinical work? My current volunteering role has a similar job description but also has a lot more patient interaction - looking to transition to clinical work instead of just volunteering. Thanks!
Community Health Worker counts as clinical experience?

It feels nonclinical to me. I don't know what your interactions with patients are though aside from scheduling. Is this all face to face?
