I have recently been volunteering as a Spanish interpreter at a free clinic for people below the poverty line. Would it be okay for me to count those hours as both community service and clinical hours?

This should be listed as Community Service/Volunteer-Medical/Clinical for AMCAS. Don't double count the hours by entering it in another category, as well.
