Community service EC question

If I have a few sporadic service experiences, should I just lump them together? For example, I did relay for life once, and then I also have some random campus-wide service days. I do I go about entering this on the AMCAS?

Put it under Community Service, and call the experience "Short-term Community Service. Put the first and last date of involvement, but don't enter hours/week. Don't list a contact person at the header, rather, within the body of the narrative you can list each experience, the dates, the total hours of involvement, name of the activity description if it isn't obvious, then a contact person, institution, and contact information for each.
