Do we need to live near campus at temple?

If lecture attendance is not mandatory and if you are spending 30-40 mins in traffic each way, then I think its a good option to stay in NJ and save those living expenses.

Plenty of people commute. Consider the cost of parking at school $160 and the toll from the bridge 5$ everyday. Some classes are mandatory and others aren't but you'll def end up going to campus at least 3 times a weak probably. I would only live far is doing so is gonna save you a lot of money or you have a family/ significant other to consider. You might want to consider also taking the train in. Could save you the traffic issue and the parking and toll cost.
