can someone explain the differences between navy and air force dentistry? why would one choose one over the other? and which one is easier to specialize in say prosthodontics or oral surgery?

can someone also summarize the deployment cycles for all three branches please?

If you choose the Navy you will most likely end up near a beach during your payback. The Navy isn't known for having great housing but things are improving in some parts of the country.

If you choose the AF, you will most likely end up land locked at an air strip somewhere. The AF is known for having better housing.

I chose the Navy to have better locations and live off base to have better housing.
