ive been wondering what's in it for the prescribers that sign the imz protocol for the various retail pharmacies? It must be worth something, I just have no idea. Obv bigger states are going to have better terms but ballpark? And it always seems like it's a doctor that has a "atypical" practice. Our county health commissioner was offering to sign them but their lawyers put a stop to that so I guess some are willing to do it for completely altruistic reasons
