Completed, yet still hasn't gone under review

I completed my supplemental applications for case western, tufts, and temple over a month ago. On AADSAS, it says that my application has been received, but has yet to go under review. At this point should I contact the schools regarding the status of my application?

Ive been under that watch status for those schools for a long time too. Im getting worried as well...
