Remove USC Greenville, West Virginia and SUNY Upstate since they admit very few non residents with your stats and no connection to the state.
Virginia Tech has a strong regional preference. Also remove Howard. You could add these schools:
Virginia Commonwealth
Creighton
Hackensack
Quinnipiac
Oakland Beaumont
Medical College Wisconsin
