Completing the MPN: now or later?

Just wanted to make sure: can the MPN be completed even if you aren't 100% sure you're attending the school that the MPN is for? I'm sticking it out on a few waitlists but was wondering if it was okay to complete the MPN for the school I've accepted a spot at. Thanks!
