Composite letter too large

Hello,

Did any one have an issue with their composite letter scan being too large? Not really important....just kinda curious.

My school's pre-health office had to send my composite letter by mail because they told me that AADSAS wouldn't take a file that large. (They didn't tell me the limit or how big my file was).

Lol. $50 "dossier service fee", several full time staff members and they can't figure this issue out.
