I need some help with a problem I am having. How do I make a 5ml total solution with concentrations of:

Papaverin 16mg/ml that comes in a stock solution of 30mg/ml

Phentolamine 5mg/vial

Prostaglandin 5.5mcg/ml that comes in a stock solution of 100mcg/ml

Thanks.

2.67 ml papaverin
0.275 ml prostaglandin
mix in the 5mg vial of phentolamine and QS.

16mg per ml for TV 5 ml = 80 mg from a 30mg/ ml sol = 2.67 ml
5.5mcg/ml for TV 5 ml = 27.5 mcg from a 100 mcg/ml sol = 0.275 ml

I am assuming the phentolamine is a powder?

What are you going to QS with?

Check my math

That's what I got too. I wanted to double check before I handed this to my pharmacist. Thanks Lea!
