So I took the MCAT today and did not do well on the VR section. This was my second time taking the test.

Do you guys suggest doing the LSAT comprehension passages? I think I need to improve my reading comprehension...

I've done EK 101 and TPR twice. I've done Kaplan verbal as well as 1/2 of BR verbal books...

Do you guys think LSAT will help with reading comprehension?

Thanks!

Nearly every time I've read a thread comparing MCAT VR to LSAT reading comprehension, test takers that have taken both said they aren't comparable. If you run a search or go back a few pages in the forum, you should find a thread or two comparing the two tests. I know there was one really recent thread.

Define "not do well" numerically.

He doesn't know, he just took it today.

OP, I hope it went better than you felt.

I did read that, but he obviously has a rough idea of what he "thinks" he got compared to how he was practicing. He said that he had gone through TPR and EK 101 twice, along with Kaplan Verbal and 1/2 of BR Verbal. That's A LOT of practices just for Verbal - and I think it's relevant to ask what he meant by "not do well." If it's really low (4-6), then we need some major adjustment. But if it's like 7-9, then maybe, he's just doing something wrong with his test-taking.
