Computer Science vs. Languages

As a biochemistry major at my school, I have the option of 1.) taking two semesters of a foreign language or 2.) taking two semesters of computer science in order to complete my degree.

I'm pretty sure schools won't care either way, but what would some of you recommend as being most beneficial in preparation for a career in medicine?

my school has the same exact requirement, 1 or the other. I guess it really depends on your personal preference.

I chose to go with the computer sciences tho because I speak another language already.

Well, according to the MSAR, a lot of schools RECOMMEND computer science, so that might be a good bet. However, as a language student, I think learning a language is better for the long run, since computer science becomes obsolete every few years, so...your pick.

I would choose the language just b/c I feel like it would be more useful. But only 2 semesters will not make you fluent by no means so I guess take whichever one you think will help your GPA the most.
