Concentration problem

Hello ,
please, I have a problem ion my concentration
my problem is that when I pass my exam I pass it in calm with and no stress and no anxiety, but when I just hand out my paper and walk out of the exam hall I start remembering that I made some stupid mistakes that I would never do them if I passed the same exam in my room .
Please, I need help, THANK YOU.
