Concerned about my Interfolio letters of rec

I am using interfolio to collect my letters of rec. I have requested letters from three different writers and only one has been received by inter folio. One of my prof's told me she sent the letter to interfolio three weeks ago and it has yet to be marked as received. The letter was sent to interfolio from an adjacent state and it should not have taken more than a day or two to travel through the mail.

Is this normal? Should I be concerned? I gave all three letter writers the same instructions and I do not think I had them send it to the wrong address or anything. Should I contact interfolio now or wait?

Contact Interfolio ASAP.

Contact them now. Alternatively, they had the option to upload the letter electronically and avoid the mail entirely. Just throwing that out there in case you weren't aware. If the letter is completely lost, ask if them to upload it.
