Confirming Observation Hours - Email?

When you submit information about observation hours, is the PT emailed by PTCAS in the same way that they are for references? I told a PT that she should get an email for confirmation of observation hours, and she emailed me saying she might have deleted the email by mistake (unless she wasn't emailed in the first place). If people are emailed, is there a way to resend the request? It's so frustrating to me since I even sent her an email before I put in the reference info to expect the email!

Yes, you can resubmit the request. How you do that is explained on the observation request page of your PTCAS application. I actually had to do that for one of mine.

I ended up emailing PTCAS about the situation since I can't seem to do much to resend a verification request that hasn't been opened. They probably set it up that way so that we won't send a million emails to the same people, haha! I'm waiting on a response now.
