Confused about blood transfusion

When you transfuse a Donor blood, does it contain just the RBCs or also the antibodies ?

If u gave someone B type blood, r u giving them RBCs with B antigen plus antibodies against A antigen ?

i asked b/c there was a question regarding packed blood cells vs. whole blood

I think packed blood is just RBCs and whole blood is all of it?

I think that's right, usually for transfusions you go with packed red blood cells.
