confused about goljan RR...

I'm looking for step review and have been listening to Goljan audio without an book to go with it. I looked on amazon and found a Goljan RR Step 1 book and a RR pathology book. The Step 1 RR is more expensive, but I can't figure out if this is what people are comparing to the infamous "notes" or if it's just the Pathology RR. Sorry if this is confusing, but I'd really like clarification because I only want to buy one book!!!

Has anyone bought one or the other, or both, and can help me out? thanks!

Pathology RR is the one analogous to the notes.

Get the blue RR Pathology book (2nd edition, by Goljan).

This is the book that everyone is referring to in the forums.
