Hello, I am really confused about LOR for Rutgers

So Rutgers medical school website says
  • A pre-medical committee packet is preferred by the NJMS Admissions Committee.
  • If your school does not have a pre-medical committee, a minimum of (2) science and (1) non-science recommendation letters from faculty who are able to assess your candidacy for medical school are required."

Does this mean that I wouldn't need a non-science recommendation letter if I have a pre-medical committe packet (letters from only science professors)?

Any comment is appreciated! Thank you

You have two options:
1. A pre-med packet

2. 2 science and 1 non-science letter
