what does it mean if i have 0.1 F of charge? does this mean i have 0.1 moles of electrons? why?

i thought a Faraday was a constant value for the charge on one mole of electrons?

When used as a unit of charge, 1 F is the amount of charge that 1 mole of electrons carry.
