70 year old man presents to urgent care clinic complaining of extensive bruising/bleeding gums. He takes warfarin. He reports exercising more often, and "trying to eat a healthier diet." Which of the following lifestyle changes is most likely responsible for this patient's bleeding?

A) brussel sprouts
B) green tea
C) spinach
D) increased exercise
E) vitamin supplements

...uh could someone explain this question??

The basic concept they are testing is that whether you know that Hypervitaminosis E acts like Warfarin.

Vitamin E can prolong the prothrombin time (PT) in animal models by inhibiting vitamin K – dependent carboxylase. Administration of vitamin K corrects this. High doses increase the vitamin K requirement and, therefore, cause coagulopathy only in patients who are deficient in vitamin K.
