Confusion About DAT Scores Going to Schools After the Test

When you sign up for your DAT you select the schools you want the scores to go to (I have 10 for example). My confusion is only 5 schools are included when you pay to take the test? How much are the extra fees for additional schools? Are they different for each school? This is crazy if so that test is expensive enough let alone the AADSAS fees and app fees! 😱

I think you can select as many as you want now. (This change was implemented recently, last 2 years I think?) One of my friends selected all the schools since he hadn't decided on where he was applying to. He didn't have to pay any extra fees or anything. (He took the DAT summer 2011)
I only selected 5 so I personally don't know for sure

This is actually a good idea. Unless you do badly, that is.
