i'll still be following other threads of waitlistees....so you guys better get off of them.....i'm still going to be checking hoping you're getting off...

Cammy sent me an e-mail thanking me for helping her out with all 12433290432 of her LOI's, and here I was thinking she was going to sit on the train tracks for a while. But I've got my sleep sched so that I'm in bed by 7PM and up at 2 AM to study. Pretty interesting.

We both had a guy named Rudy as our TA, who I would see at the UCLA gym all the time. Then a couple of weeks after the class, I ran into Rudy at the gym again. He told me "Remember that hot persian girl who sat behind you in lab??? Guess who went on a date with her last night???"

Just thought everybody would like to hear that story. I'm still curious how Cammy connected that Jalby who had just become a pre-med to this one on here like 5 years later.

are you serious about the gym story?
and i connected the jalby on here with that jalby because i saw you when i interviewed in november....and i asked my interviewer if your name was jalby (just in case there's some freak twin-like person running around who looks like you) and he said yeah....so, voila, jalby and jalby...didn't take much brain power...although i'll admit i had my suspicions before that because of what you've said about your background on here....so i guess it was really the final confirmation....
rudy was so nice though....and a good TA.....

Congrats Camstah! This totally made my morning. When I first saw the title of this thread, I was like no way! Then I confirmed with the wl thread, and I am sooooooooooo happy for you, and for me too, 'cuz I'm getting a really great classmate. Yesterday when I was reading about the drama with the penn state e-mail, I was really hoping that docmemi was right about it being a sign that they were going to let you in. And it was! Well, congrats and I can't wait to meet you in two months. Oh, and I will be rooting for UCLA and USC right along with you 🙂
