I just read the chem review guide which I got from here, SDN and done by someone awesome 😀 and I am not sure about this sentence.

pg4 "conjugate base of weak acid is weak base."

This is wrong, right? Conjugate base of weak acid is strong base and conjugate base of strong acid is weak base.

Can you please share the chem review guide with me? You can message it to me please?

I would more so think of it like, the stronger the acid, the weakER the base and the weaker the acid, the strongER the base.

Exactly, just because it is a weak base doesn't mean its acid form is strong. I'm pretty sure you can have a compound that is both a weak acid and weak base.

What about H20 or its alcohol analogs. seems that this statement conflicts with above

It's just saying that it's conjugate base form is stronger then it's acid form. Meaning that the base will dissociate more then it's conjugate acid. Will dissociate less then what a strong base would but will dissociate.
