Why only these two?
They are both high quality programs in the top 30-40 range. BID has a much better "name" but I've heard the training is excellent at UNC - albeit overshadowed by Duke.
North Carolina and Mass are very different states and Chapel Hill is a college town vs. Boston being an expensive major metro area.
If it was me, I would choose based on location and I loathe the Northeast
Think about where you want to ultimately live and practice and that should help.
