Consistency of CDP

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
do you have a strategy for Hole Punching? That section kills me! My DAT is on Wednesday and I would really appreciate if if you can give me a tip.
Thanks!

i just look at it and think of unfolding paper. its hard to explain but just think theres a mirror there and where would the dots be if u unfold the paper.

angles, i just look at the lines, look for parallel lines and compare the adjacent lines forming the angle. TFE, just look at the shapes first, usually 1-2 automatically eliminated cuz the shape is too big or too small or w/e like from top compared to end or front compared to end or w/e.

but does anyone have any input for the consistency?

I also have CDP and the inconsistency is not weird at all. When you get to #3, the keyholes are much harder than 1 or 2. I usually get a 15/15 or close to it on keyholes and I got a 10 on CDP #3 and I had to guess on the 10th question. I haven't gotten to the 4th test yet but I wouldn't be surprised if it gets harder or isn't that similar to 1-3. 😛

CDP is all over the place, but prepares you for all scenarios...here's what I thought.

Keyhole - was like test 5
TFE - some were like test 5, some of them sucked - like test 4
Angles - were easy because the answer choices made it easy
Hole Punching - easy, like test 5
Cube counting - easy - if you can do CDP, you can do the DAT
Pattern folding - super super easy, i guess comparable to 5

Sorry...those were the only tests I remembered, that 4 was stupid hard, and 5 was really easy
