So now that October 15th has come and passed, all of us who are still waiting to hear from schools are more eager than ever to have an inkling of an idea about where we stand. Would calling/emailing a school about application status be a bad move? Yes, I'm incredibly impatient.

At best it would probably just annoy whoever you were calling. I'm not familiar with schools that readily give out application status updates via phone.

Dude, it's the weekend. Instead of worrying incessantly about your status, go out and drink/party/whatever you normally do on the weekends. YOUR LIFE IS NOT ON HOLD JUST BECAUSE YOU DON'T HAVE A DECISION YET. 'Kay? Now go out and have fun!
