Use all the free resources available to you from SDN: articles, guides, expert advising, forums discussions, and school research.
It's not that complicated. Fax it to get the ball rolling on the other end (GME won't do anything else for you until they have your signed contract), mail it to make it official. If you have no access to a fax machine, just mail it.
