Controlled 2 Michigan can u take a script over the phone

1. just wondering if u can take a controlled two over the phone...i know the doc needs to sign it ...so how does that work...for the state of Michigan


2. also if i call for a transfer...wat information do i need to obtain (other than the name of the patient, drug ect)

3. if someone wants an early fill for a trip but its a C2 do can they do that??
