I know that there is a reference table in both units available during the exam, but would those of us unfamiliar with conventional units (pretty much everyone outside of the US) be at a disadvantage, in terms of time wasted?
Would it be wise to memorise a few major lab values in Conventional units, or is their enough time to look at the ref range table?

Anyone...anyone?
It just seems strange to reprogram my thinking from mmol/L to mg/dl for things like glucose, cholesterol, etc. Anyone feel the need to do this for the boards?
