Could someone please tell where I could find a conversion chart that takes the raw score for each section and converts to a scaled score?

It depends on your specific test maker (Kaplan, TPR, etc), and even specific tests within the author. There is no all-encompassing raw/weighted conversion for the official MCAT or the practice exams.
