How many mits did you count per 10 hpf ?

it seems to be a benign mesenchymal lession..so doesnt matter how you call it as long as its not a cancer. 😀 😀

it reminids me of myofibroma tho...

It's a 46 year old female. It was partially calcified at the area next to the kidney. It was sort of attached to the renal capsule, but hard to tell if that is where it is coming from.

Haven't seen any mitoses.

I have no idea what to call it. 😳 will let you know after signout.
