Not necessarily super cool, but a FB friend did an "alternative medicine" rotation. Apparently they started every morning with yoga, did meditation every day, and talked about whether specific alternative treatments actually worked for specific treatments (ie, acupuncture for chronic low back pain, aromatherapy and meditation for anxiety, etc). Sounded like it could either be really cool or horrible depending on whether the attendings actually took a scientific approach or are holistic nut cases. From what she posted it sounded like a little of both.
