I've been reading that some people have gotten accepted to Cornell...but I thought that it didn't do rolling admission but wait till they finish interviewing every1 and decide in april.
I had my interview in early Dec and thats what the dean told us.

Does Cornell offer early decision? that might be how some people know of their acceptance.

if you read the fine print, you will see that they reserve the right to admit a few highly qualified applicants before the decisions come out in March. That said, I just e-mailed cathy and she told me that December interviewees won't find out about their decision until March.

(I think most of the people who have been accepted interviewed early...Sept-early Nov.)

Yup. Just kinda random if they let you know early. I interviewed the week before thanksgiving and was likely in the end of the "batch" considered for early admission.
