Cornell--rolling or nonrolling?

I know this topic has been discussed before but I'm looking for a definitive answer. Cornell--rolling or nonrolling? Some people have been accepted already, but I heard the majority of their class is chosen at once.

Cornell is rolling but they accept very few students immediately and most of the entering class in late March.
