Cornell’s prereq courses deadline

Just realized Cornell has a deadline for Jan 31 AFTER submitting primary 🙁 anyone know if it’s possible to ask for one course to be accepted after that?
As a Canadian student, LM 74.5 is it worth applying to brown instead?

I asked them this exact question last year and they told me that it's a hard rule with no exceptions.
